1. What the video frames show

The first two user-provided frames appear to come from the same video, filmed from an upper floor or high vantage point toward a lawn beside a residential green belt. Three boys stand around a white animal; a bicycle can be seen nearby. In the closer frame, one boy holds a long pole-like object toward the animal while the other two stand close by.

Because the full video has not been obtained, this archive cannot confirm what happened before or after these frames, whether the cat was already dead before the pole movement, or the identities and ages of the boys. What can be said is that the frames are serious enough to require public verification and follow-up.

2. The location frame points to Siji Liancheng Jincheng in Xuzhou

A third frame is a map-location screen showing Siji Liancheng Jincheng, with the address 699 Sanhuan West Road, Jiuli Subdistrict, Gulou District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu. This is an important location clue, but it still needs to be cross-checked with the original video, the publisher's explanation, or any response from property management or police.

Before an official notice appears, this site does not identify the residential community, property manager, or any person as legally responsible. The location clue is kept to support verification, not to direct harassment at residents or unrelated people.

3. The cleanup frame and the caption about a life being trampled

A fourth frame shows a person in a reflective vest near what appears to be the white cat's body, holding a red bag and apparently cleaning the scene. The caption reads: 'An animal's life should not be trampled into fragments.' That line is the clearest public statement now attached to the lead: it pulls the animal's death back from mere cleanup into the question of whether life is respected.

If the case is verified, the disturbing point is not only the cat's death, but that such conduct may have occurred among minors in an ordinary residential space. A lawn, walkway, and green belt should be safe everyday places. When violence appears there, families, schools, and communities cannot dismiss it as children merely being naughty.

4. Minors, animal harm, and public responsibility

The repost describes the participants as three little boys. Without an official notice and full video, this site will not publish or archive names, schools, addresses, faces, family information, or any details that could identify minors, and it does not encourage doxxing or offline harassment.

But avoiding harassment is not the same as avoiding responsibility. If the abuse shown in the frames is verified, parents, schools, the community, and relevant managers should face the issue: harming a weak life for amusement is not ordinary mischief and cannot be excused with 'they are still children.' It requires clear intervention, education, behavioral assessment where appropriate, and a lesson that life is not a toy and pain is not a game.

5. Site view

This site firmly condemns all forms of animal abuse and violence for entertainment. Whether the abusers are adults or minors, harm to an innocent animal should not be minimized. When such an incident occurs in a shared community space, bystanding, cleanup, silence, and forgetting can all make the next act of harm easier.

This record is not meant to reach a judicial conclusion or fuel harassment. It is meant to keep one white cat's death from being erased by the phrase 'it has been handled.' How a society treats the weakest lives, those unable to speak for themselves, says much about how it understands mercy, responsibility, and boundaries.

A user-provided X screenshot shows user sahiaaaa, displayed as @lidalang40, replying to @0715nyan_sub and saying that three little boys in Xuzhou abused and killed a white cat. This site has not obtained the X post link.

The user provided four suspected Xiaohongshu video frames: a wide scene, a closer scene, a map location, and a cleanup frame. Visible text includes the Xiaohongshu mark, suspected account string 6A54F9D6, Siji Liancheng Jincheng, and the caption about animal life not being trampled into fragments.

As of July 15, 2026, this site searched public web pages and overseas Chinese-language sites using combinations of the event terms, location, address, caption, and accounts, but has not found a verifiable original link, official notice, or second independent source. This file should be updated if such sources appear.
